Staying underground in Coober Pedy is a unique experience! The room was spacious and clean, but the lack of air conditioning made it a bit too hot.

Sleeping underground was a must in Coober Pedy, and the room was spacious and clean. However, the dirt falling from the ceiling was a continuous issue. Also, the lack of air conditioning and only having a fan made it a bit too hot at times.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially Nancy, who helped us promptly with a booking change. We ended up extending our stay to 4 nights due to their helpfulness.

The hotel is right in the middle of town, which is fantastic for exploring. However, the room location in a corner was a bit challenging to access. The area had some loud music and an overabundance of poker machines, which gave a depressing vibe.
